Thank you to all of you that left such kind comments recently.
Yesterday turned out to be a very sad way to start the new year; my sister passed away in her sleep. This is not the sister that you sent your prayers for a few months ago, this is another one. Totally unexpected and shocking, to say the least :(
I spent today making funeral arrangements. I hope that I don’t have to do that again for a long time. If you have a sister, tell her that you love her.

I'm so sorry to hear your sad news...we have recently lost our daughter, not to death, but due to her choosing to disassociate herself from us, her sisters and her brother...she has chosen a boyfriend over her family and at times I feel like its a death.

I don't know if you are religious or not, but I have found comfort in John 5:28, 29 as well as knowing what Psalms 55:22 says. Hope this helps you find a little comfort during this difficult time.

Oh Mel I am so sorry to hear this. My thoughts are with you and your family during this extremely difficult time.
I lost my sister to a violent crime a year ago. I can tell u from experience, u will go through a lot of "what if's" and "i wish." Bottom line I finally have realized I need to focus on the good memories rather than to dwell on the what if's. Time will help. Not heal, but help. Prayers for u and ur family.
